The company was formed by two business professionals, together having decades of practical experience with a number of blue chip companies, whose career development and motivation has been characterised by two main themes:

•  ‘ Just how best to go about getting business ideas and operations implemented effectively in a busy/complex business environment .' The original background of one of the founders was civil engineering, where the daily remit entailed investigation, design and supervision of implementation (i.e. piecing together the nuts & bolts) on the ground. The parallels and differences with a typical business/corporate setting, in terms of migrating effectively from business concept to reality, reveal very pertinent insights. These experiences have been drawn upon to shape the mode of operation of KnetworkSolutions.

•  ‘ How organisations work effectively with IT systems to transform key aspects of the business .' For business professionals with little IT background, the only way to acquire this knowledge was to ‘get stuck in at the deep end'; through the experience of directly managing IT projects (from a business perspective). From implementing a wide range of complex IT systems for global organisations, the founders have gained pertinent ability to bridge business needs to IT assets that assures they are fit for purpose and address the intended business purpose end-to-end.


How we are organised

KnetworkSolutions employees form a network of carefully selected, independent experts and experienced practitioners under the central management of the founders. We work on project basis and assemble a dedicated, managed project team based on the scope of the client engagement to deliver from start to end. The company has a minimal overhead cost-base, which is passed on to benefit our clients. We prefer to work on a negotiated, fixed lump sum basis committed with our clients.

We are an implementation business, focused on getting things done and making things happen for our clients' businesses. Our network of practitioners is carefully selected across a range of disciplines:

	Business process design and implementation professionals – this is our core speciality.
	Business qualified professionals with extensive practical experience at management level with several blue chip companies. These are individuals who have not only originated transformational strategies and business ideas for their previous companies but have gone the extra mile to actually implement these ideas. We look for implementers, not researchers.
	Project managers who understand how business processes and IT systems co-exist and function together
	Six-sigma specialists, where detailed analysis is necessary to drill into and resolve a specific broken process
	IT analysts, programmers and project managers – in supporting roles where necessary.
